Three principles that shape every plan.
- 01
Diagnose first, treat second.
Most pain is a symptom of a deeper movement problem. The first session is largely assessment — testing range, strength and load tolerance to identify the actual driver of your pain.
- 02
Hands-on, not hands-off.
Manual therapy is at the centre of the practice. Articulations, mobilisations, soft-tissue work and dry needling are used as needed to unlock movement that exercise alone won't restore.
- 03
Discharge is the goal.
The point of rehab is to no longer need it. Every plan is built toward independent loading and a return to what matters to you.
